Hello, I just received the heel pads yesterday, I tested them today. I already have a force 2 medallion, in addition to the heel pads it's great! I'm 40 and I've always been tired, we discovered at 18 that I had flat feet, over time my knees hurt more and more if I stood, with the heat, when I walked on it was worse. I had orthopedic insoles which gave me some relief. But today, with the heel cups, I definitely felt better balance, no pain in my knees, and general overall fitness (despite having slept little and working at night).
