At WAVE PROTECT FRANCE, customer satisfaction is a priority. That’s why we pay close attention to the quality of our products and make sure they are delivered to you in the best possible condition.  However, despite all our vigilance, it may happen that you wish to return an item.

To do so, simply go to the Contact us section and indicate the reason for your return. You will then be called back by one of our customer advisers, who will work out with you how to return your product.

Have you changed your mind?

Are you not completely satisfied with the items you’ve received or received as a gift? You have 30 days from the day you receive your products to return any items that don’t suit you. They will be immediately exchanged or refunded, according to your choice and product availability.

ATTENTION: only products returned complete, in their original packaging and unworn will be accepted.

Within this time limit, please contact us by email – contact@wave-protect-france.com – or by telephone on 02.48.83.01.92. As soon as your return has been registered, WAVE PROTECT FRANCE will refund your purchase.
